When booking an Appointment please be aware..
We operate an appointment system but reserve limited vacancies for urgent cases. Consultations require 15 minutes. If you feel you need a longer appointment, please advise reception when making the appointment.
Emergency and acute medical conditions will be given priority.
Please see the reception staff and present a valid Medicare Card, DVA Card and current Pension or Health Care Card – If it’s your first visit, please bring Photo Id.
Please advise reception of any change of address or personal details. You will be advised of any possible delays.
Please have your appropriate Medicare/Healthcare Card Available…
Holders of a current Concession, Pension or DVA Card and children up to 16 and student card holders still at high school, will be bulk-billed directly to Medicare for consultations. We have Medicare Easy Claim facilities, so can directly re-emberse your Medicare rebate to your Medicare registered bank account.
All others will be charged based on our current fee schedule. This fee is payable at time of consultation, accounts will not be issued. We accept payment by Cash or EFTPOS.
If you have any concerns regarding billing, please discuss with reception.
If You’re Running Late or you Can’t Make It…
We would appreciate it if you would advise us if you cannot attend your appointment. We have people on waitlists who would be happy to fill your slot. If you do not attend an appointment and fail to notify us, a private fee may be charged.
